All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer ordering errors. Please carefully review all product details, sizing information, and order information before completing your purchase.

Many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.
